My consulting room is in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of St. Margaret’s–At-Cliffe close to the main bus service from Deal, Dover and Canterbury. Here I can offer you a confidential setting where we can think together about issues that are troubling you. Some of the common issues that people bring encompass anxiety, grief, mood disorders and problems with relationships.
I have extensive experience of working with adults from varying backgrounds and specifically with older adults experiencing emotional difficulties. Much of my work both within the NHS and in a private setting has been with a a diverse range of adults with mood disorders, somatic illnesses, BPD: now known as Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD), relationship stress, grief, trauma and unusually high levels of anxiety.
I remain accredited with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and attend regular professional workshops and seminars in my specialist areas of interest.
I offer you an Initial Consultation where we think together about what concerns you and how we can work together. All sessions are 50 minutes and you will generally be offered the same time and day each week.
