Telephone and Video Therapy

Telephone and video therapy (also referred to as ‘Remote Therapy’ or ‘Online Therapy’) can offer you the opportunity to speak with one of the psychotherapists listed on this website without the need to meet in person.

Some people prefer to access their therapy in this way due to time, location, or social constraints. It can provide a valuable resource for those that are unable to access therapy in any other way.

All featured therapists work on an individual basis, and so the options provided for therapy will vary. Options for remote working currently include: Zoom, Signal, Skype, FaceTime, mobile, and landline.

Featured practitioners are GDPR compliant and your information will be treated with confidentiality when engaging in remote therapy. A full policy document will be made available on request by your therapist. For more information, refer to the Remote Therapy Statement.

To enquire about telephone or video therapy, please contact your preferred therapist via the contact details on their individual profile pages.

For help and guidance on what to expect when working online or via telephone, please refer to the Remote Therapy Guidance.
